What we will require to confirm your reservation:
Your Full Name and Address with your Post Code. if you are resident in the U.K.
A Visa or Mastercard number & exp: date.,
and the cvv number on the back of your card
Due to American Express Policy you are unable to confirm reservations with their card.
You may confirm with Visa or Mastercard and pay with your American Card on departure.
You will then be informed of the cancellation policy for your reservation.
Your booking number will then be given to you.
THE JERSEY ARMS CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your reservation without charge if you telephone our Reservation Department with the cancellation within the times stated below.
If you cancel for any reason outside the time stated below, the cost of the first nights accommodation will be deducted off the credit card you give as confirmation if we are unable to relet the accommodation.
1 Room ........................4pm day of arrival
2-5 Rooms .....................24 hours
6-9 Room ......................72 hours
10-12 Rooms.......................7 days
13 + Rooms........................1 month
Getaway Reservations............72 hours
Christmas & Newyear Packages...1 Month
Grand Prix Packages.............no cancel allowed
We do not hold the credit card details for any
reservation made on our online reservation system.
These are retained by EPDQ Visa securely.
We will pre-authorize your credit card at check-in
to guarantee any expenditure during your stay.
If you do not wish to use a credit card we will
require a cash deposit of £50 per person per night.
Pre-authorization ring fences that amount for the Jersey Arms.
If you use that same credit card at check-out
this returns any unused monies back onto your credit card.
If you do not use the same card at check-out,
the ring fenced monies are cleared back onto
your credit card after ten days.
