What we will require to confirm your reservation:
Your Full Name and Address with your Post Code. if you are resident in the U.K.
A Visa or Mastercard number & exp: date.,
and the cvv number on the back of your card
Due to American Express Policy you are unable to confirm reservations with their card.
You may confirm with Visa or Mastercard and pay with your American Card on departure.
You will then be informed of the cancellation policy for your reservation.
Your booking number will then be given to you.
Your credit card details are stored on a protected system called Welome Secure/Verisign
and not on any of our computers.
nor do we hold the credit card details for any
reservation made on our online reservation system.
These are retained by EPDQ Visa securely.
All guests will have to have a credit card which will be pre-authorized at check-in
to guarantee any expenditure during your stay.
If you do not have a credit card we will
require full payment for your stay,at checkin plus a cash deposit of £50 per person per night.
Pre-authorization ring fences that amount for the Jersey Arms.
If you use that same credit card at check-out
this returns any unused monies back onto your credit card.
If you do not use the same card at check-out,
the ring fenced monies are cleared back onto
your credit card after ten days.
