The Jersey Arms has had a long association with the Silverstone British Formula 1 Grand Prix, from the early days of Mike Hawthorn & Duncan Hamilton to the teams of today.
Mercedes F1 at Brackley 15 minute drive
Force India F1 are based at Silverstone,
Williams F1 at Grove just south of Oxford
Renault F1 at Middle Barton about 10 miles away.
We are 17 miles south of the circuit which takes about 12 to 15 minutes by car, now the new dual carrageway is in place.
There is some form of racing every weekend at the circuit from April to September.

The Formula1 Teams also have tyre testing days throughout the year.
There are Track days for all types of cars, arranged by the their various clubs. Where you can run your car around the track till you or your car pack up!!!!
