They have an extensive programme of polo from low goal to international high goal. From mid-April through to mid-September. Tournaments are held weekly with commentators every weekend. In addition they play Club Chukkas on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons as well as Saturday and Sunday mornings.
The quality of the tournaments is guaranteed by the fact they have one of the largest playing memberships of clubs in the UK, as well as many locally-based professionals. The level of the matches also attracts visiting teams from other clubs on a weekly basis.
Polo is not the exclusive and expensive sport that many people sometimes assume. The members are simply people who love sport and horses. The playing membership ranges from teenagers to those of a more experienced age! Men and women, young and old, all play together in the club chukkas or tournaments.
Everyone is warmly welcome to visit Kirtlington Park Polo club.. Take a picnic or visit the clubhouse, nestled amongst an avenue of mature lime trees, for drinks or lunch and dress strictly for comfort. They believe polo should be a friendly occasion for all players, supporters and families
