Flexible Reservations
You may cancel your reservation of 1 to 3 rooms without charge if you telephone our Reservation Department with the cancellation within the times stated below.
If you cancel for any reason outside the time stated below, or fail to arrive, the cost of the first nights accommodation will be deducted off the credit card you give as confirmation,
if we are unable to relet the accommodation.
1 Room .....................4pm day of arrival
2-5 Rooms ....................24 hours
6-9 Rooms.....................3 days
10-12 Rooms.....................7 days
13-15 Rooms.....................1 month
20 Rooms....................3 months
If you book 4 rooms + we treat this as a group booking
and you will be told the canx policy of your reservation
when we confirm your booking.
Online No Cancel or Changes / Non Refundable / ADVP Booking
Are special rates which will not be refundable under any circumstances
Sole use of the whole hotel (ie 20 Rooms).
A sole use charge of £500 is required to be paid by the organiser with
written confirmation at the time of booking. This is an extra hire charge.
This charge is non refundable.
The organiser will be responsible for all room charges.
All Friday, Saturday & Sunday night reservations ............3 days. For 1-3 rooms
All Getaway Breaks........................................ 5 days
Getaway Christmas & New Year Breaks..... 1 month.
Grand Prix reservation.....................................No Canx
Failure to cancel your Getaway Breaks within the time stated will
result in the price of the total package being deducted from your credit card,
if we are unable to relet the package.
